I urge anyone considering using SouthWest Toyota for their automotive needs to proceed with extreme caution. He told me that the tire repairing machine was broken on the perilous day and he will take the tire to some other place and fix it. This blatant negligence not only wasted my time and money but also put my safety at risk.I brought back the car to dealership and when I confronted the dealer about their failure to repair the tire, their response was dismissive and unsatisfactory. It was returned to me in the same condition as when I initially brought it in. There were no patches, plugs, or any signs of work done on the tire. The line I placed was at the same straight-line. Upon closer inspection, it was evident that the tire had not undergone any repairs at all. Next day morning I found the same tire was flat. Since the leak was very slow, I drove the car back home and parked at the driveway. This level of dishonesty and disregard for customer safety is simply unacceptable.They rotated the tire and returned the car to me. Not only did they fail to address the issue properly, but they had the audacity to return the car to me claiming it had been repaired. I marked the tire and rime where I saw the Nail for the shop to identify the nail immediately and shown the service personal for them to see the nail. I recently had a highly disappointing experience with SouthWest Toyota when I took my vehicle in for a flat tire repair (a nail) and Tire rotation. I don't work for ******************** I am the customer (please find some way to understand this). How dare such a company not try to address the issue and the stress they have placed on a customer. The lack of such could also be having a huge impact on this company and the quality of service which is the most horrible I have ever seen. I highly recommend that the company gets some type of customer service training and qualifications in addition to supporting DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion). I literally had the worst experience in my total life yesterday due to Southeast Toyota Finance. No customer should ever have to experience the headache that I have had to go through. I was told I needed to call back at another time but Southeast Toyota Finance indicates specific hours on their website. I do not appreciate being talked down to, especially as ****************. I called customer service and received horrible service. The business has not tried to resolve the problem. This clearly indicates taking advantage of the customer. I have never seen this before out of all the years of being a customer. Southeast Toyota Finance is charging customers extra. I checked my bank account, and it showed I recently paid. On June 1, 2023, I noticed that my Southeast Toyota Finance Account showed my account was delinquent.
